Who we are
Project Command is led by experienced fire officers from an ISO Class 1, internationally accredited fire service agency. We are certified Project Management Professionals (PMPs) with real-world experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects across the fire service and local government.
Our work includes managing full project lifecycles, navigating public-sector budget cycles, and leveraging technology to deliver operational and organizational improvements. We’ve studied project management extensively and understand how it applies—specifically and practically—to the fire service.
Our mission is straightforward: help public safety organizations manage, execute, and deliver better projects for their workforce and their communities.
